Shipping & Delivery Policy

Items sold on BuySalex

BuySalex is a classifieds marketplace. We do not sell, stock, pack or ship the items listed by users. Delivery is arranged directly between buyer and seller.

Most deals are completed in person: the buyer inspects the item and pays on the spot. If you agree to have an item sent by courier:

• agree on who pays for shipping and insurance before anything is sent;
• sellers should ship only after payment has reached their own account, not on the strength of a screenshot or an SMS;
• buyers should prefer buyer protection where it is available, so the seller is paid only after you confirm the item;
• keep the courier receipt and tracking number, and photograph the item and the package before it is sealed.

We are not responsible for loss, damage or delay caused by a courier chosen by the buyer or seller.

Services bought from BuySalex

Everything you buy from BuySalex, such as featured ads, bumps, ad packs, dealer plans and contact plans, is a digital service. Nothing is shipped. The service is applied to your account immediately after payment, and you receive a confirmation and an invoice by email and in your dashboard.
