Copyright & Trademark Policy

We respect intellectual property and expect our users to do the same. Users may post only content they created or have permission to use.

Reporting infringing content

If you believe an ad, photo or profile on BuySalex infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject line "IP notice". Please include:

1. your name, address, phone number and email;
2. the work or trademark you own, with proof of ownership or registration where available;
3. the link to each ad or page you are reporting;
4. a short explanation of why the content infringes your rights;
5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
6. your physical or electronic signature.

We review complete notices promptly and, where the claim is valid, remove or disable access to the content, usually within 36 hours. We tell the user who posted it and give them the reason.

If your content was removed

If you believe your ad was removed by mistake, or that you have the right to use the content, reply to the removal notice or write to [email protected] with your explanation and any proof, such as a purchase invoice or a licence. We will review it and may restore the content, or pass your reply to the person who reported it.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive repeated valid notices are suspended.

Our own content

The BuySalex name, logo, design, software and the content we create are owned by BuySalex. You may not copy or use them without our written permission, except to link to our pages or share an ad.
