Fees & Paid Features

Posting ads and chatting with buyers on BuySalex is free. The features below are optional. Every price is shown, including tax, before you pay, and you receive an invoice for each payment in your dashboard.

For buyers

Unlock a seller's number: ₹10 per contact. Chat is always free. If you would rather call, you can unlock the seller's phone number for one ad.

Contact plans. If you contact many sellers, a plan works out cheaper than single unlocks. Plans run for a set number of days and include a fixed number of contacts, or unlimited contacts on some plans. See the current options on the Contact plans page.

Buyer protection (where available). Pay through BuySalex and the seller receives the money only after you confirm the item. If there is a problem, open a dispute and we will step in.

For sellers

Featured ad: ₹299 for 7 days. Your ad shows a Featured badge and appears in highlighted positions on search and category pages. Featured ads are mixed in with regular results, so buyers still see a fair spread of listings.

Bump to top. Moves your ad back to the top of the latest listings, as if it were posted today.

Extra ad slots. Free accounts can keep a limited number of ads active. Ad packs add more slots for a set period.

Dealer plans. For shops and businesses that list regularly: more active ads, featured credits each month and a dealer badge on your shop page. Plans renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time.

Paying

Add money to your wallet with UPI, cards, net banking or other methods offered by our payment partners, then use the balance for any feature. We never see your card number or UPI PIN.

Refunds

If a paid feature was not delivered, or you were charged twice, you get your money back. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Prices may change. A change never affects a feature you have already paid for.
