About BuySalex

BuySalex is a place to buy and sell things locally: phones, cars, bikes, furniture, electronics, fashion, property and much more. Post an ad in a couple of minutes, get messages from people nearby and meet them to close the deal.

Why we built it

Most of us have something at home we no longer use, and most of us have bought something second-hand that turned out to be a great deal. The hard part has never been the idea. It has been finding a buyer you can trust, avoiding time-wasters and staying clear of scams.

We built BuySalex around those problems.

What makes it different

Nearby first. Results start with your area and widen gradually, so you see items you can actually go and look at.

Your number stays private. Buyers message you in chat. Your phone number is shown only to buyers who choose to unlock it, and never on the ad itself.

Safety checks on every ad and chat. Every ad passes automatic checks for prohibited items, duplicate photos and phones reported as stolen. Chat warns both sides when a message looks like a known scam, such as a request for an OTP or a payment link.

Honest price labels. We compare each ad with similar listings and show a simple label, so you know at a glance whether a price is fair.

Reviews that mean something. Buyers and sellers can rate each other only after a deal is marked as done, which keeps ratings real.

Free to use. Posting ads and chatting are free. Optional paid features help you sell faster or reach more buyers, and you always see the price before you pay.
