Disclaimer

Listings are posted by users. Every ad on BuySalex is written and published by the person selling the item. We check ads for prohibited items and known scams, but we do not inspect the items, verify every claim, or confirm that an item is genuine, legal, in working order or still available. Buyers should check items in person before paying.

We are not part of your deal. BuySalex is not the buyer or the seller and is not an agent for either side. Prices, payment, delivery and returns are agreed directly between users, except where our optional buyer protection feature is used.

Badges are not guarantees. "Verified" means a user has confirmed a phone number, an email address or an identity document with us. "Dealer" means the account belongs to a registered business. Ratings come from other users. None of these is a promise about a particular item or deal.

Price labels are estimates. Labels such as "Fair deal" or "Above typical price" are calculated automatically from similar ads on BuySalex. They are a rough guide, not a valuation.

Third-party links and ads. Some pages contain links to other websites or advertising from third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Information on the site. Help articles and guides are for general information. They are not legal, financial or technical advice.
